Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Bozeman Health. The successful candidate will provide a range of services related to human resources, including data collection and reporting, payroll and billing support, and recruitment assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze data to create reports and presentations using MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Payroll and Billing Support: Process employment changes and terms, and ensure accurate documentation and processing for relocation and other reimbursements.
  • Employee Inquiries: Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and leadership, and refer complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Support: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop and maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in HR functions such as benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, reporting metrics, HR regulatory requirements, employment law, etc.
  • Certifications: SHRM or HRCI Professional Certification.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Lift 30 pounds of weight, carry equipment/supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
  • On-Call Availability: Respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
