Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accounting Manager to join our team at Rishabh RPO. As a key member of our Sourcing and Analysis team, you will be responsible for leading the Anaplan implementation and partnering with internal stakeholders to understand system requirements and output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the current forecast and close processes for the Sourcing and Analysis team to understand system needs and capabilities
  • Lead the Anaplan implementation for Sourcing & Analysis, coordinating with internal stakeholders and development team
  • Partner within S&A team to understand system requirements and output
  • Analyze Anaplan inputs for Commodities and Other Rate to understand differences from prior methodology and if the differences lead to more accurate business projections
  • Facilitate new templates to work with Anaplan requirements where needed
  • Recommend automated solutions and improvements to Anaplan development team

Requirements:

  • BS in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a CPG company
  • Cost Accounting experience
  • Extensive experience with Anaplan and S4 Hana
  • Good communication, planning & organizing and analytical skills
  • A self-starter who is curious
  • Prefer someone who has systems transition experience
