Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing QA processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize over 8 years of expertise in analyzing Business Requirements Documents to develop comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases while supporting offshore and nearshore teams.
  • Engage in Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing Sessions for more than 6 years.
  • Analyze project scope and formulate test execution plans for sprint releases with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Contribute to the creation of Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Estimation documents as required.
  • Participate in the discovery phase by conducting requirements analysis and preparing test scope documents, collaborating with various legacy teams.
  • Attend scrum meetings to identify and resolve any blockers or dependencies that may impede regression testing.
  • Coordinate with both offshore QA teams and onsite teams to monitor execution status, communicate updates to project leadership, and address risks with mitigation strategies.
  • Distribute technical tasks among team members and ensure execution aligns with the project timeline.
  • Regularly review peers' tasks to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Possess over 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to web services or other third-party environmental challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and writing high-quality code that meets customer specifications across Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
  • Create and review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android applications.
  • Coordinate with QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing, leveraging over 6 years of experience.
  • Work closely with peer developers and QA team members to uphold the overall quality of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Integration test teams to plan and execute comprehensive QA and product testing.
  • Adhere to agile/scrum methodologies for software development while providing regular updates on progress.
  • Have experience with Automation test frameworks such as Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation, with additional experience in similar tools being advantageous.
