Job Summary:

The Team Lead - Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our team, ensuring that services are provided to the highest standards of quality and care. This role will involve supervising a team of clinicians, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Manage Clinical Team: Supervise a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical oversight and guidance to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and effective manner, meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our company's quality assurance standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in a human services-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with mental health clients.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Licensed Psychologist, LPA, LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A.
