About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team in Fort Myers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fleet maintenance management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. You will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, while also meeting customer expectations and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets
  • Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Tech School degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
