Job Title: Crew Leader

Wright Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a line clearance crew and planning daily work to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct a line clearance crew to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work to meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Conduct safety training and ensure crew members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely.
  • Monitor and report on crew performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and arboricultural techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand circuit maps and electrical circuits.
  • Valid commercial driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • First-Aid and CPR certification.
