As a Sales Floor Specialist, you will represent Rowan for clients seeking ear piercing services and jewelry enthusiasts who visit our retail environment.

Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and sales orientation will leave a lasting impression on clients, making them feel valued and celebrated during their ear-piercing journey.

Beyond your client interaction skills, you are a responsible and resourceful individual, trusted by the Rowan team to oversee the daily operations of the piercing studio.

This position is part-time and requires availability on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome ear-piercing clients and shoppers
  • Provide information about Rowan's piercing services and jewelry
  • Assist ear piercing clients and shoppers with their needs
  • Enhance store efficiency and processes for a seamless client experience
  • Restock jewelry and ear piercing supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and sterility of the studio
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts and address discrepancies
  • Manage technology and software systems
  • Embody Rowan's culture and values, fostering a celebratory atmosphere in the studio
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Experience in retail or sales
  • Background in jewelry, ear piercing, or service/hospitality sectors is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership
  • Positive, energetic, and resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate about earrings and ear piercing
  • Interest in contributing to a growing, early-stage company
  • Flexibility in work schedule
Part-Time Benefits & Compensation:
