Medical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and current certification/licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Licensed Vocation Nurse in the state of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and determining donor suitability.
As a Medical Specialist at Grifols, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall customer satisfaction of our donors. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with donors will make you an asset to our team.
In addition to your medical expertise, you will also be responsible for evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events. Your attention to detail and ability to provide clear guidance will help ensure the health and well-being of our donors.
We offer a competitive salary range of $35-$37 per hour for LPNs and $48-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on training, education, and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool.

Required skills and qualifications include:
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse.
- Current CPR certification required.
