In this rewarding position, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans, track progress, and make data-driven adjustments. You will also provide support and guidance to families, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Traveling to client homes or clinics for therapy sessions
  • Implementing ABA therapy techniques and interventions according to individual behavior intervention plans
  • Conducting engaging one-on-one therapy sessions for skill and social development
  • Setting up a therapeutic environment, complete with materials and resources
  • Attending team meetings to discuss progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Using data collection tools to measure outcomes and inform future planning
  • Collaborating with BCBAs to refine treatment strategies
  • Providing support and guidance to clients' families
  • Documenting session notes and completing required paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
  • Proficiency in computers and writing
  • The ability to actively engage with children for extended periods
  • Availability for at least 12 hours per week, including afternoons and evenings
  • Reliable transportation
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Military service is a plus
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 pounds
