Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at the Charles Bronfman Institute for Personalized Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical research activities related to the All of Us Research Program, a NIH initiative to enroll one million people across the U.S. to help build one of the most diverse health databases in history.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff and recruitment sites, ensuring timely and efficient data collection and processing.
  • Obtain informed consent and educate participants regarding study requirements.
  • Collect and record study data and input all information into a database.
  • Collect, process, deliver, and ship clinical specimens as required by the protocol.
  • Assist in activities related to clinical research studies, including answering phone calls, screening participants for eligibility, scheduling/coordinating study visits, and administering lifestyle questionnaires.
  • Assist in IRB/GCO applications as needed.
  • Maintain source documents and subject files in accordance with hospital and study procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and complete compilation of subject data through chart reviews.
  • Oversee data collection, processing, storage, inventory, and quality control for clinical research studies.
  • Manage, train, and review the work of less experienced clinical research staff.
  • Develop workflow policies and procedures, prepare manuals, and document related to the operations of the function.
  • Oversee and maintain day-to-day activities of recruitment sites.
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of local study teams at respective recruitment sites.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of clinical research experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, communicate clearly, and accomplish goals.
  • Pristine attention to detail and ability to manage time appropriately, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships and collaborate with networks of employees at all levels.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
