Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for administering behavioral assessment measures, developing individualized goals and objectives, and designing behavior support plans for home, community, and center-based programs.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and evaluate behavioral assessment measures, such as VB-MAPP and Vineland
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based goals and objectives for clients
  • Design and implement behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
  • Train and support behavior therapists on proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation
  • Complete re-assessments and write reports per insurance guidelines
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings
  • Agree to complete 28 hours of patient care time each work week
  • Complete documentation of services in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as a BCBA
  • At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • One year experience working with children on the spectrum
