Job Overview

Roll & Co. LLC is a dynamic and innovative quick service restaurant focused on delivering fresh and flavorful Vietnamese spring rolls in a fast and interactive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook components of our signature spring rolls and other menu items with precision and efficiency.
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
  • Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of cooking stations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cook or line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on Vietnamese cuisine preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with all staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification.
