Key Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessments and care plans.
- Assist residents with customary daily requirements and tasks, such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and observing intake of food.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
- Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
- Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
- Contribute knowledge of resident's conditions/needs to resident care plans.
- Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
