Key Responsibilities- Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient demographics, collect payments, and obtain necessary insurance documentation.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule follow-up appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with physicians as needed.
- Administrative Support: Process new patient paperwork, update patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
