Job SummaryJoin our team as a Registered Nurse in the Local Resource Team, providing exceptional patient care in a variety of settings. As a key member of our nursing resource team, you'll be part of a market-based team that's assigned to varying units during your shift to ensure patient care needs are met within the assigned facility.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Local Resource Team, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. You'll possess the skills, competency, and qualifications required to work in 3 locations within a defined market, including Greater Charlotte (GCM) or Greater Winston-Salem (GWSM).
Qualifications
- Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSC, preferred.
- Experience: One consecutive year within defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's), required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current compact licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Specialty Certification, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Appropriate customer service, effective and appropriate customer relations, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, interpersonal relationship skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Specialty certification within two years of hire
