Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Take vital signs and report changes in patient condition
  • Practice ethically and professionally within the scope of practice
  • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Nursing Program
  • Current NYS LPN License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior patient care and customer service experience
Work Environment:

This is an onsite position, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and physically operate equipment required for the job.

Compensation and Benefits:
