Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • Take patient vital signs and report changes in condition.
  • Practice ethically and professionally within your scope, advocating for patient needs.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the EMR.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
  • Participate in unit councils and staff meetings.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Nursing Program.
  • Current NYS LPN License.
  • CPR/BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior patient care and customer service experience.

Work Environment:
  • Onsite.

Compensation:
  • $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
