About the Role

This Pharmacist Specialist position is available at Prisma Health, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare for the benefit of the communities we serve.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, with excellent communication and clinical skills. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the provision of direct operational and/or clinical patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance departmental operations and clinical programs.
  • Participate in departmental committees and provide education to staff members.
  • Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an ACPE-approved college of Pharmacy or PharmD preferred.
  • No experience required.
  • Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the state where the team member is working or eligible to become licensed within 4 months of hire date.
