This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for pharmacy practice. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a CVS Health pharmacy, including supervising support staff, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Supervise support staff and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement programs to improve patient safety and quality of care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive patient experience
">Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state where employed
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

The estimated salary for this role is $68,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location. This figure includes base pay and does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or overtime pay.
