At The GEO Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Rehabilitation Program Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Rehabilitation Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing program participants for reentry into the community through the use of LMS-based curriculum.

The estimated salary for this position is $ 63,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

  • Monitor clients' enrollment and programming in an LMS system, assist with troubleshooting issues, and ensure completion of module requirements.
  • Interact with clients upon completion of programming, process module completion, and verify their level of curriculum proficiency.
  • Facilitate delivery of cognitive behavioral curriculum in individual and group settings, focusing on motivation, social adjustment, personal management, social skills development, cognitive restructuring, and problem-solving skills.
  • Administer pre- and post-assessments to track behavior change and maintain class rosters, attendance records, and provide completion certificates as required.
  • Support assessment of participant needs, make referrals to management, and provide individual and group counseling in areas including self-esteem, problem-solving, relationships, and other related issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • Previous experience as a facilitator/educator/group moderator, preferably within a correctional setting.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to interact professionally in both individual and group counseling settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
