RN - Post Acute Care Nurse - Part Time Days

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Luverne, MN location. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
