RN - LTC/Tcu Post Acute Part Time Days

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our long term care/TCU post acute facility. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
