We are in search of a qualified HVAC Technician to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with the installation, upkeep, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position demands hands-on expertise and the capability to operate autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, examine, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating components, and inspecting electrical connections.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system problems to ascertain the source of malfunctions.
  • Repair or substitute defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • Evaluate system performance utilizing specialized tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or in a comparable position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance practices and equipment repair methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to accurately diagnose issues.
  • Mechanical proficiency with effective use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
