We are currently in search of an Intermediate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Specialist to play a key role in critical projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design Systems Modeling Language (SysML) diagrams utilizing Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Develop Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) diagrams with Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Articulate the benefits of MBSE to non-technical stakeholders
  • Create customer stereotypes in Cameo Systems Modeler to fulfill program specifications
  • Establish documentation templates from Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Generate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents from MBSE models, including Requirements, Architecture, and Interface Documents
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the Program Management Office
  • Develop, integrate, and simulate models of platforms, systems, or processes
  • Lead a small team of over 5 engineers engaged in MBSE for program support
  • Review models produced by junior engineers for quality assurance

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing SysML models, analyses, and simulations using Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Ability to produce CDRL documents from MBSE models, including Requirements, Architecture, and Interface Documents
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required for obtaining a Secret Clearance)

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Engineering Degree from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Systems Engineering and/or MBSE experience, or a Master's Degree with 5+ years of MBSE experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to secure and maintain Security Clearance
  • Expertise in creating DoDAF models and SysML models using Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Experience in developing Models using MagicGrid Methodology is advantageous
  • Experience implementing MBSE in Department of Defense Programs
