Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Model-Based Systems Engineer/Subject Matter Expert in Engineering. This role is dependent on the successful award of a contract.

Educational Requirements: Candidates must possess a Master of Science degree.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience in the design of radar systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Model-Based System Engineering methodologies and have experience with software tools utilized for evaluating system-level radar performance (e.g., MATLAB, CST). Familiarity with radar DoD ACAT I systems engineering processes is essential.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
