Job Summary

The Public Right of Way Technician will be responsible for gathering data to help transportation engineers and planners make informed decisions about sidewalk design, operation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather data for a local municipality for the evaluation and planning of a public right of way infrastructure project.
  • Utilize a multi-sensor profiling tool to gather measurements of local sidewalks and pedestrian curbs.

Requirements

  • No experience needed
  • Loves to walk long distances
  • Can quickly learn and operate the PathVu equipment and software
  • Will follow all project instructions and deadlines
  • Thrives in an outdoor environment
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Problem solver

Benefits

  • $25 per hour
