Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage engagement teams to deliver high-quality assurance services
- Develop and motivate staff to achieve their full potential
- Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance to staff
- Review staff work as a quality control check and train the engagement team on best practices
- Two plus years of general assurance experience, preferably with a strong understanding of US GAAP and diverse industry experience
