Job Summary

A Night Manager and Leader is responsible for overseeing and performing all cleaning functions from 5pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves supervising projects, tasks, and cleaning staff to ensure adherence to Office Pride Standards. The Night Manager acts as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor, guiding cleaners in understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the cleaning of assigned facilities on a nightly/regular basis.
  • Training and Development: Train and support new employees, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coverage and Support: Provide coverage in buildings as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Alarm and Disarm Procedures: Insure new employees are trained on alarm and disarm procedures and report any dropped alarms.
  • Time Keeping System: Train new employees on the time keeping system and report any problems to the office.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide re-training to employees when necessary and offer constructive feedback.
  • Cross-Training: Cross-train employees to work in buildings to provide coverage when needed.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Insure facilities have working equipment and sufficient supplies to complete tasks.
  • Compliance and Safety: Insure compliance with Office Pride policies and procedures, as well as safety and security measures.
  • Customer Complaints: Immediately report any situation that may be considered a safety issue and follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office).
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Work History: Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Quality and Efficiency: Must care about quality, be detail-oriented, and work at an efficient pace.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Criminal Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
