Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant Education. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work directly with students to support their development and provide individualized therapy plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess students' occupational therapy needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to support students' development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Track and document student progress, including participation in IEP meetings and goal-setting.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota.
  • NBCOT certification preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
