Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including skilled occupational therapy services and interventions, in accordance with physician orders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care goals and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient, incorporating their unique needs and goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
