Position Overview
At Kings Building Maintenance Inc, we are in search of a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Supervisor to manage our apartment complex operations. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting leasing agreements for new residents, ensuring that units are move-in ready, addressing maintenance requests promptly, collecting monthly rent payments, and monitoring daily financial activities. The ideal candidate will provide consistent updates regarding the property's condition and any emerging concerns.

Compensation: $20/hour

Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Market available properties
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants and explain all amenities
  • Screen potential tenants through background checks and references
  • Process rental payments and issue receipts
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Foster positive relationships with residents
  • Stay informed about local market conditions and housing trends
  • Manage lease agreements and enforce terms
  • Regularly inspect properties and coordinate necessary maintenance
  • Provide administrative assistance and perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in property management
