About the Role

ASC Therapies, a division of Autism Services Center, is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Huntington, WV. As a Speech Therapist, you will work in an energetic and exciting work environment, collaborating with physical therapists and occupational therapists to provide high-quality services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Screen new clients and evaluate their needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members
  • Conduct regular assessments and reevaluate plans of care based on client response to treatment
  • Respond to individualized requests and make referrals as needed
  • Develop in-home therapies and train family members or caregivers as needed
  • Assess and treat swallowing disorders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology or communicative disorders from an accredited college or university
  • Valid West Virginia License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current CPR certification (can be completed upon hire)
