Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to work in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a current Connecticut license/certification. This role requires at least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Current Resume
  • Current Connecticut license/certification
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical/TB Records
  • Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
