Job Title: Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Perimeter Healthcare. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments of new patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain open communication with patients and their families, providing education, support, and advocacy as needed.
  • Collaborate with community-based social and mental health agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Facilitate discharge planning and conduct post-discharge follow-ups to ensure successful transitions to community resources.
  • Lead daily groups with patients to promote socialization and skill-building.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Human Services, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice in the State of Arkansas.
  • At least one year of experience in a residential, community, or behavioral health setting (preferred).
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
