Position Overview: We are currently in search of a Lead AV Systems Technician who is willing to travel up to 70% of the time, regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of audio, video, and electronic communication systems, including presentation equipment, cabling, and terminations.
  • Work collaboratively with Design Engineers and Project Managers to effectively plan, integrate, test, and secure customer acceptance of projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough on-site assessments and address any arising needs or challenges.
  • Interpret and execute project documentation, including system flow diagrams, elevations, and detailed plan drawings, ensuring installations adhere to the outlined specifications.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and audiovisual systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting building construction blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, display self-direction, and maintain professional interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
  • Preferred training in electronics and basic computer literacy, acquired through education, hands-on experience, or certification.
  • CTS-I Certification is preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.
