Caregiver Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Community Resources. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Accompany clients on outings and activities in the community, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Help clients achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance.
- Be able to pass background checks.
- Be able to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation.
