Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, People Operations to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for building and growing our People Operations function, including compensation, benefits, equity programs, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement a compensation philosophy, select compensation databases and data sets, identify external compensation partners, and conduct equity planning and research.
- Career Frameworks and Job Leveling: Partner with the business to create career frameworks and competencies that align with Cambly's current organization and growth.
- Analytics: Decide where and how to collect data, how often to report it, and to whom, and what types of analyses are most important.
- Benefits and Compliance: Identify appropriate benefits partnerships and broader strategic benefits programs for domestic employees within the US, and understand the current landscape of employment laws and labor regulations within various geographies that Cambly employs people.
- Policy Planning: Create an internal employee handbook and define policies for the internal organization.
- People Management: Determine the right team structure for People Operations, including developing and managing a small team.
- Systems: Evaluate and optimize the HR tech stack to deliver optimum value to Cambly.
- Demonstrated success in high-growth technology organizations.
- Experience administering HR tech stack.
- People management skills - must have experience managing people and programs previously.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders from Manager to Executive level on company initiatives to impact change across organizations.
- Experience managing vendors and vendor costs.
- Competitive base salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 USD.
