Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Team to receive, store, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the overall success of the Warehouse Team.
Requirements
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, and consistently arrive on time.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous warehouse experience preferred.
