Crane Performance Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Performance Coach to join our team at the Savannah River Mill in Rincon, Georgia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cranes, while also contributing to the maintenance and repair of our heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily safety inspections and discussions with crane crew members to ensure a safe working environment
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies for our 10 cranes and 2 maintenance cranes in the Utilities area
- Collaborate with the planning team to schedule maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all necessary parts are available
- Operate equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, carry decks, and forklifts
- Work in elevated and/or confined spaces, and in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
- Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing/pulling, gripping, reaching, sitting, walking, standing, bending, and stooping
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial crane maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of overhead crane codes, including OSHA, ASME B30.2, B30.10, B30.17, B30.21, and CMAA 70 & 74
- Experience using a multimeter, megger, and amp clamp
- Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
