Job Overview

Wild Wine & Liquor is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with our Point-of-Sale system to efficiently process customer transactions.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and education through our technology platforms.
  • Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory, shelves, and displays.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of products, pricing, and store layout, as well as knowledge of the wine and liquor industry.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of and willingness to learn about wine and liquor.
  • Flexible availability with ability to work nights and some weekends.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms (POS system, etc.).
  • Ability to work as a cooperative team member.
