Job Overview

The Production Manager at TENTH MOUNTAIN LLC is tasked with the comprehensive management of both Residential and Commercial roofing initiatives. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle from planning through to execution and finalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects.
  • Organize and coordinate the activities of Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Administer contracts by thoroughly reviewing and understanding the scope of work for each project.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Schedule to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings and diligently track action items.
  • Conduct job planning and Safety Reviews to uphold safety standards.
  • Manage daily project workflows to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including Pre-Construction Planning and Client Meetings as necessary.
  • Achieve billing and collection objectives effectively.
  • Provide precise updates on project budgets, forecasts, and explanations for variances.
  • Monitor job progress against budgetary expectations.
  • Conduct a thorough job closeout review post-project to evaluate budget adherence and final gross margins.
  • Ensure all punch list items are addressed and customer satisfaction surveys are analyzed.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing roofing projects in both Residential and Commercial sectors.
  • Familiarity with Florida Product Approvals is essential.
  • Experience with both Flat and Slope roofing applications is required.
Skills & Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and follow-up skills are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with a high degree of self-motivation is crucial.
