We are a successful medium-sized company in the field of high-quality window and facade construction for over 75 years. In addition to developing and manufacturing systems in wood, wood-aluminum, aluminum, steel, and glass, we specialize in the planning and implementation of complete building envelopes and engineering facades.

We are looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) for on-site construction supervision and project management of national window and facade construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction process to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facade construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
