We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDL A driver to join our team at Red Land Cargo. As a dedicated regional driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the western United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Drive and operate trucks to transport goods and materials across the western United States.
  • Logistics: Follow instructions and locate and read location and road maps to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Pre-Trip Inspection: Pre-inspect trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload cargo, verifying loads for accuracy.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance and comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Paperwork: Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
  • Professional Development: Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Hand unload trailers using rollers, average 2-4 loads and miles per week, and have a safe authorized place to park the truck if living more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least three months of OTR experience.
  • CDL: Class A CDL.
  • Certificate: Certificate from an accredited CDL school.
  • Age: 21 years or older.
  • Residency: Must live within 100 miles of Ridgefield, WA.
Benefits
  • Safe and On-Time Mileage Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay.
  • Weekly Pay: $2037 to $2615.
