Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled CDL-A truck driver to join our team as a Regional Van Truckload driver. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive within the Western 11 states, hauling 100% no-touch freight with dry van trailers.

As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will enjoy a consistent freight volume, predictable power lanes, and a high volume of freight. This allows for maximum drive time and less downtime, making it an ideal role for those who value work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement preferred.
  • Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
  • Live within 75 miles of Vancouver, WA and live in Washington.
