Your Role:
As a key member of our Finance Organization, you will:
  • Transition from mere data compilation to providing insightful narratives that elucidate financial outcomes.
  • Engage in business unit collaborations to foster improved decision-making and insights.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and innovative initiatives for product and service development.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and analyses tailored for business stakeholders.
  • Develop and distribute the Business Plan, Commitment View, and Best View, ensuring thorough analysis and management recommendations.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of business trends and budget variances, presenting findings in management reviews.
  • Analyze business performance in-depth, recommending actionable strategies for cost management and revenue enhancement.
  • Create and refine capital planning models, reports, and templates.
  • Generate cash flow statements and perform ad-hoc cash flow analyses.
  • Identify data requirements for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Facilitate strategic business analyses with comprehensive overlays and commentary.
  • Produce performance reports that include business insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Assess potential scenarios, risks, and opportunities related to business performance.
  • Develop profitability and costing models, ensuring timely updates to the Center of Excellence.
  • Examine economic drivers impacting business clients, such as customer retention and renewals.
  • Model performance scenarios to evaluate risks and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and precision.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
It would be advantageous if you possess:
  • A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience within the technology or telecommunications sectors.
  • A professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
  • Knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting, and analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial statement analysis and common business drivers.
  • Experience with Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance.

Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office workdays.
