Job Summary

At UW Health, we are seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the clinical team in our Family Medicine clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain exam chairs, equipment, and work areas according to infection control and isolation procedures.
  • Stock exam and procedure rooms, manage inventory, and initiate reorders as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and mail distribution.
  • Assist with patient referrals to specialty areas.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
