Job Title: Registered Nurse - PCU

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at ChristianaCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve realistic healthcare goals.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with hospitalists, specialty consultants, and transitional nursing staff to achieve patient goals
  • Use expertise in assessing patient physical and emotional status, past health history, and health practices
  • Engage in relationship-based care model, building relationships with patients and families
