About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an After-School Sports Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports programs to students in grades TK-6, promoting physical, mental, and academic well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging sports programs that cater to the needs of students with varying skill levels and abilities.
  • Manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program activities that align with our mission to transform the well-being of students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth program delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of program materials, including lesson plans and activity schedules.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sports and physical activity principles, with the ability to adapt to different age groups and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality programs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
