About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Inspector to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Work efficiently as part of a team in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Interpret Engineering drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, ring, and thread gages to conduct quality inspections
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate with Quality team and management to ensure finished and raw materials meet all quality requirements
  • Tag and segregate non-conformance materials and alert department leads to pause production and/or hold stock from being shipped
  • Independently address problems that arise within area of responsibility
  • Interact effectively with other employees and other key stakeholders
  • Report to Quality Manager and Quality Control Supervisor any product rejections, safety concerns, ideas for improvement, etc.
  • Align with Company values of teamwork, integrity, and velocity
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 3 to 5-years of experience in a quality control/manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Effective communication in English, verbally and written
