We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Inspector to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Work efficiently as part of a team in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Interpret Engineering drawings, blueprints, and/or schematics to ensure accuracy and quality
- Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, ring, and thread gages to conduct quality inspections
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with Quality team and management to ensure finished and raw materials meet all quality requirements
- Tag and segregate non-conformance materials and alert department leads to pause production and/or hold stock from being shipped
- Independently address problems that arise within area of responsibility
- Interact effectively with other employees and other key stakeholders
- Report to Quality Manager and Quality Control Supervisor any product rejections, safety concerns, ideas for improvement, etc.
- Align with Company values of teamwork, integrity, and velocity
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- 3 to 5-years of experience in a quality control/manufacturing environment is preferred
- Effective communication in English, verbally and written
