Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Havana Kitchen Coffee & Tea. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing food to our high standards and contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all back of house daily tasks
  • Prepare food to Havana Kitchen specifications
  • Set up the prep station, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation standards
  • Work with servers to ensure orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store equipment at the end of shifts

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
